Wild Flowers - Close to My Heart, from gallery artist Kirsten McIntosh quickly became a gallery favourite when it debuted in the Our Times exhibition, taking out the Volunteers’ Choice Award. Admired by so many people it also acquired an informal name, The Meadows, perhaps invoking memories of yesteryear.
