Rebecca Dowman-Ngapo whose art is soon to adorn the walls of the Auckland Museum with the spectacular portrait of June Lady Hillary, has demonstrated her fine art skills with the stunning composition, Kaka in Kowhai that has quickly found a new nest. Although a fleeting resident of the Permanent Collection at the Welcome Swallow Gallery, this painting was much admired and appreciated by volunteers and visitors alike.
